Coaching Agreement:

Welcome and thank you for this opportunity to coach together!

As coaching Client you are responsible for creating and implementing your decisions, choices, actions and results. I request that you aim to show up fully to the coaching and wholeheartedly commit to doing the work that needs to be done to achieve your best possible life. I would also ask that you create appropriate time, energy and resources necessary while we’re working together.

Please understand that coaching is a partnership where we both work together on achieving your goals and creating the space you need to thrive. I will support you and hold space for you. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentoring and does not aim to prevent, cure, or treat any mental or physical health medical issue.

Schedule & Fees: We will meet on an as-scheduled basis at the rate included in your booking. Please pay your invoice upon receipt. You have a period of 3 months to use a one-on-one individual pre-paid coaching session in the event of cancellation within the procedure listed below (4 hours). Group events fees are due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been approved. Group event fees are non-refundable.

Coaching Packages: Sessions offered as part of a pre-paid coaching package are subject to the same limitations and refund policies listed above in the Schedule & Fees section of this Coaching Agreement.

Confidentiality: All discussions will be held as confidential, unless escalating circumstances surrounding the immediate and violent harm of yourself or others are shared. Your story belongs to you, and you, of course, have the right to tell anyone anything you want! The Client agrees that upon audit by the CLCC and/or ICF for verification of Coach's credentials, their name and contact information may be disclosed.

Procedure: The schedule of the coaching meetings will be determined by us both at the beginning of the engagement. Sessions are held via Zoom or phone. I will wait on the Zoom or phone line for a maximum of 15 minutes before the session and fee are considered forfeit and the session is non-refundable. If you need to alter or cancel a one-on-one individual session, please give me a minimum of 4 hours notice so that you don’t lose out on your paid session. No refunds will be given for group coaching or events except in the event of cancellation.

Ethics: As a Coach I hold to the code of ethical practice established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). You can access these by clicking the link above. Please either read the code for yourself or alternatively feel free to ask me directly about them if I haven’t already covered this.

My intention is to show up with kindness, care, and as my best professional self throughout our journey together and I would request the same in return. My focus and intention is that you, as a Client, are able to flourish and achieve all that you are truly capable of, and I will do all I am able to in order to facilitate that outcome.

This Coaching Agreement may be updated or changed at any time without notice by Take Up Space, LLC. Please check back for updates.
